Gobmoon

Once a year, though none can say exactly when, a golden moon appears in the sky. Many benefits are ascribed to it, but certainly one of the strangest is the birth of special gobballs known as gobmoons. Covered with unshearable porcelain "wool" and shining with touches of gold, they are often elevated into the realm of legend.
