Ulgrude's Electric Hairdo

Ulgrude is the herald of spring. With its downpours and its unseasonal hails, this month is just like its guardian: capricious, but generous because he presides over the resurrection of all vegetation. Ulgrude of Thunder is a versatile entity, who can go from anger to tears faster than you can say "mood swing". Hail, thunder and other adverse weather conditions depend on his emotions. Fundamentally good but unaware of his own strength, Ulgrude has a pure and childlike spirit. He can be easily manipulated by any ill-intentioned being... In love but spurned by Jiva, Ulgrude will do whatever it takes to please her... The god Iop, who is very fond of him, often asks the goddess Eniripsa to ensure that nobody gets hurt as a result of his emotional outbursts.
