This cape used to belong to the famous owner of three of the largest casinos in Ecaflip City, Ben Eddict – that is until Donny O'Sean and his 11 co-conspirators stole it from him. In passing, they also stole half his fortune. And his wife. O'Sean clearly doesn't like leaving anything to chance – or leaving anything behind, apparently.
