Gilbert G. Rapier
They say that if you touch a Feca's glyph with the tip of this rapier, you will be able to decipher the symbols written at its heart. Mind you, they also say that carrying it will help you overcome your fear of water, give you the courage to quit your menial job, and that it has the power to burn down houses, so I'd take that with a pinch of salt if I were you.
